A former University of Montana basketball player and current receiver on the Missoula Phoenix football team was arrested in north Missoula early Saturday and charged with misdemeanor aggravated driving under the influence and resisting arrest.
Ceylon Elgin-Taylor, 27, was stopped in the parking lot of a convenience store on North Orange Street at around 2:30 a.m.
